Moody Musings

Hi everyone! It's been a series of a few cold days and I'm not really sure what to blog about at the time being. I'm trying to craft a new fiction piece in order to get into intermediate fiction writing (yes that's a class here) and it's been a struggle trying to overcome writer's block. I haven't really updated you guys on the inner-workings of my brain so why not another musings post? Please post any suggestions of what you'd like to see on this blog in the comments! Feedback is so essential!

-Windchill and winter is so real here...
-I have 8 more classes until the end of semester.
-When is thanksgiving break getting here?
-I should really purchase an umbrella
-Weird people show up at fast food places at 2am..
-I really need a hair cut
-why in the world does nail polish just peel off?
-how to stop spending money?
-I really want like 3 different pairs of new shoes.. the struggle.
-how to be romantic and not cliche?
-how to meet that witty, intellectual guy while attending a women's college with the laziness of a sloth..
-why does dinner always seem mediocre? What is my favorite meal of the day..
-I love yogurt and jam on bread.
-FRUIT. I miss fresh produce :'( I want to go home now.
-any movie suggestions?
-Mrrrrrrr

  1. I have no idea what to post or write or do either. I guess block in general has been going around? :/ There has to be a better way.

Nail polish is probably peeling off because you're not washing the nail with nail-polish remover and putting a base coat on the bottom? (base coats are weird, clear sticky polishes) It's really complicated, nail polish. I don't do either of those things usually, but I know they help.

Romantic is cliche, but in a really-really good way. I'm not really romantic, but if something clicks and works but is kind of stupid... run with it. Don't let that be the reason why you don't do anything. Cliches happen. Just enjoy them.

Mmmm... Wreck-it-Ralph is a current favorite, but hmmm... Austenland (2013), Penelope (2006) is AWESOME, Coraline (2009), Shaun of the Dead (2004), Mr. Bean's Holiday (2007)... Those are all the really good ones I can recall at the moment, but I've been in a bit of a funk. I hope one at least inspires you?

Best of luck to you. I hope you can pull out of this block.
